These terms govern the use of the Telegram bot Planner24 (@Planner24AIBot). By using the bot, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Planner24 is an AI assistant that manages your Google Calendar through natural-language messages in Telegram: creating, editing, and deleting events, showing your schedule, and sending reminders and morning digests.
2. Access and subscription
- Access is provided by subscription: 140 ₽ per 30 days.
- Renewal: one-off manual payment, or optional auto-renew (checkbox on the payment page, off by default). Cancel auto-renew on the same page via the link from the bot (/subscribe).
- New users may receive a free trial (3 days, or 14 days when invited via a referral link).
- Referral bonus: when an invited friend makes their first payment, the inviter receives +14 days of access.
3. Payments and refunds
Payment is made through our payment page linked from the bot. Access is activated automatically after the payment is confirmed. For refund requests, contact us via Telegram; if a refund is issued, the corresponding access is revoked.
4. Google Calendar access
The bot accesses only your Google Calendar events, with your explicit consent via Google OAuth. Details are described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time with the /logout command, delete all your data with /delete_account, or revoke access in your Google Account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the bot for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to abuse the service (including automated spam requests).
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every reminder. You remain responsible for your own schedule and commitments.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this page. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time with /delete_account. We may suspend access in case of abuse.
