Effective date: October 1, 2024
This policy describes how the Telegram bot Planner24 (@Planner24AIBot) handles user data.
1. Data we collect
- Telegram ID — to identify the user
- Google Calendar access tokens — to work with your calendar (obtained via OAuth 2.0)
- Preferences — timezone, reminder settings
2. How we use data
Data is used solely to provide bot functionality:
- Creating, reading, editing, and deleting events in your Google Calendar
- Sending reminders and morning digests
We do not share your data with third parties or use it for advertising.
3. Google Calendar access
The bot requests access to the googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. This allows managing events in your calendar. The bot does not access other Google services (email, drive, contacts, etc.).
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data storage and protection
Authorization tokens and settings are stored on a secure server. The content of your messages to the bot is not permanently stored — conversation history is kept in memory only for the duration of the session.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive data. All data transferred between our application and Google services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. User data and OAuth tokens are stored securely in a protected database with strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Data deletion
You can revoke the bot's access to your Google Calendar at any time via Google Account settings. Once access is revoked, the tokens become invalid.
For complete data deletion, contact us via Telegram.
